in the summer of 2022 we dug a big hole:
then we made the walls of the basement using insulated concrete forms:
in the spring and early summer of 2023 we poured the basement floor and started framing the sills, rims, and beams of the first floor:
in august of 2023 we finished the subfloor:
with a tarp on top to protect from the rain it looks has a nice glowy blue thing going on inside:
